X-ii: COVID-19 Impact Indicator Study

 

oomph are pleased to announce that we have now completed the third cycle of our COVID-19 Impact Indicator study – focused on transformation planning, and organisational and individual behaviour change, following the disruption caused by COVID-19 on people, organisations and sectors across the UK and beyond.

This two year longitudinal study has already broken many boundaries with a single multi-methodology platform delivering the impact of COVID-19 insights from a customer experience perspective.
